Application Process

The online application process for the 2020-21 school year is now open.  We strongly encourage families to apply in the priority round, which will begin in mid-October.  Spaces are limited, and classes may fill up in this first round. 

Deadlines for the priority round are: 
Admission documents: December 16th, 2019
Supplemental documents: January 13th, 2020
Interviews (grades 6-12) and class visits (grades PS-5) can be scheduled between October 21st and January 22nd.
Admission documents include:
  • Application for admission
  • Application fee
  • Parent questionnaire
  • Student questionnaire (for grades 6-12)
  • International supplement (for international applicants)
Supplemental documents include:
  • Teacher evaluations (for grades PS-6)
  • Teacher evaluation – math (for grades 7-12)
  • Teacher evaluation – English (for grades 7-12)
  • Transcripts/grade reports (for grades 1-12)
Families applying to preschool through 8th grade will receive notification of their admission decision on February 7th.  Applicants to grades 9-12 will receive their decisions on February 14th.
