Kew-Forest Archery Team Competes in 4th New York State Championship
Earlier this month on Saturday April 14th, the Kew-Forest Archery Team competed in their 4th New York State Championship. The team was tested as the competition lasted over 9 hours!
Our Jaguars were victorious on several fronts. Captain Nathan R. ('20) placed 1st in the National Ranking Rounds while Celia D. ('18) and Captain Caitlin G. ('19) placed 2nd and 4th respectively.
In the Olympic round Celia D. won the bronze in the girls division and Nathan R. won bronze for the boys.
In the overall team competition, the Kew-Forest Jaguars placed 3rd, taking home bronze!
Congratulations to Tianho D. Hunter M., Coco Z., Sunny L., Bivas T., David R., Sofia R., Nathan R., Celia D. and Caitlin G. and the rest of the team on a great season!
