Applying to Kew-Forest

We can't wait to learn all about you!
We continue to accept applications for the upcoming school year on a rolling basis for any spaces that may still be available or become available prior to September. Please contact the Admission Office to inquire about the availability of spaces in the grade(s) to which you seek entry.

Applications for the following school year will be accepted beginning this fall. Please check back in August. The priority application deadline will be December 15, 2021 for entry in September 2022.

All applicants must submit the following materials:
  • Application for admission (online)
  • Application fee ($75 non-refundable)*
  • Parent statement
*Tuition Assistance Applicants: If the application fee presents a hardship,
please contact Admission for a fee waiver code.

Supplemental steps and documents vary by grade applying.
  • Preschool through Grade 5:
    • Parent Interview (Preschool-K)
    • Kew-Forest teacher assessment (TBD)
    • Teacher recommendation form
    • Supplemental teacher recommendation (optional)
    • Records release form & recommendation (grades 2-5)
    • Report cards/progress reports (grades 2-5)
  • Grades 6 through 12:

The Kew-Forest School uses Ravenna, a web-based software, to collect applications. Once you click on the Apply button above you will be redirected to the Ravenna website where you will be asked to create an account (if you registered for an event, the system will recognize you if you use the same email address.) Only one account per family may be created; you may enter multiple children under one account. Parents/guardians will need to share login credentials.
