This year, our 5th and 6th grade students have been participating in a buddy program designed to strengthen relationships across divisions and support our 5th graders as they prepare for middle school. Throughout the year, we have met biweekly, and in recent months, our discussions have focused on the importance of community care, fundraising, and service.
As part of these efforts, students have expressed a strong interest in revitalizing Aldo’s Green so that it can once again be a space our community can enjoy as the weather warms.
To support this project, students will be hosting “Teacher Games” on Wed 29 Apr. Teachers, staff, and our 5th and 6th graders will participate in activities such as musical chairs, bucket ball, relay races, and tug-of-war.
