Field Day


Field Day is a long-standing annual Kew-Forest tradition.  Students from their assigned Red Team or Blue Team compete in various events to determine the ultimate Red Team or Blue Team winner for the school year.  

Lower School
LS Field Day will be held at The Overlook at Forest Park. Faculty and students will walk over to the park at 9:00 am. Please make sure your child is at school by 8:30 am. More details here.

Middle & Upper School
  • MS & US Field Day will be held at Cunningham Park located at 196-10 Union Turnpike, Fresh Meadows, New York, 11366.
  • Kew-Forest will provide bus service to the park ONLY. Parents will need to collect their child(ren) at 2:15 pm or give permission for their child(ren) to take public transportation (the Q46 & Q76 buses run from Queens Blvd and Union Turnpike to the park).
  • Please complete the mandatory Field Day 2023 Transportation Survey by Mon 15 May so we know how your child(ren) will get home.
  • If your child(ren) will be taking public transportation home, you must also complete the Permission Form for Public Transportation Use and submit this to athletics@kewforest.org by Mon 15 May.
